Rae Holbrook, RDN

Rae is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with years of experience working in a variety of settings across Idaho and Wyoming. She completed the coordinated program in dietetics at the University of Idaho, where she also earned a Master of Science in Nutrition. Rae focuses primarily on the inpatient setting, where she manages patient’s enteral and parenteral nutrition needs, screens patients for malnutrition, and helps provide oversight of therapeutic and specialty diets. When Rae isn't caring for patients, she's enjoying Laramie's outdoor activities like hunting, backpacking and cross-country skiing. She also enjoys flipping furniture, cooking and being a dog mom to her Doberman, Pilot.
